This is a tough review. First the challenges: order arrived incorrect. Only two of three pillows arrived plus a disturbing flag. John was apologetic, said fulfillment shipper messed up and offered to send two new pillows instead of just the one I was missing. The replacements would take another week or so which was disappointing as I had a house full of company coming. Then after measuring pillows found they were not 18 inches. More back and forth with John who said 18 is their unstuffed size. Replacements arrived and seams are spread. I appreciate his explanations, apologies and willingness to comp me a pillow but in the end the quality and experience fell short. Maybe ok for $15-20 a pillow but not for the prices being charged.
