Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at returns@wittyelegance.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns. This fee is waived for defective items or errors on our part.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for standard returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every item is printed and made to order just for you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email returns@wittyelegance.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost and no restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Because each item is made to order, production begins quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation after this window. If you need to cancel, email contact@wittyelegance.com as soon as possible with your order number.
