Processing Time

Because every WittyElegance item is printed and made to order specifically for you, production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Time

After production, delivery typically takes 2-8 business days depending on the product and your location. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Note: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address within 1 hour of the order being placed, before production begins.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of reshipping the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in Transit: If your tracking link stops updating, your package has not arrived, and it is 5 or more business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us at returns@wittyelegance.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

Marked as Delivered: Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot refund or replace packages that are stolen or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, look in hidden areas around your porch, or contact your local post office. The local postmaster can use GPS data to determine exactly where the package was scanned upon delivery.
