Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by about 2–8 business days in transit. We’ll email tracking when it ships. Read the shipping details.

To measure your pillow insert accurately, use a fabric measuring tape and start with the pillow insert in front of you on a flat surface. Without compressing the pillow, you will measure horizontally starting from one side of the pillow about half way down and allowing the measuring tape to follow the curve of the pillow as you go across the middle to the other side. This method accounts for the pillow’s thickness and gives a more accurate size.
For a snug fit, consider going one size down when selecting your pillow cover.

1. Get the Pillow Cover Ready: Unzip your pillow cover and lay it flat on a table or other surface.
2. Fold the Pillow Insert: Gently fold the pillow insert in half, compressing it and keeping the sides together. Hold it firmly with one hand.
3. Place the Insert Inside the Cover: With your free hand, open the pillow cover and slide the folded insert inside. Gradually push the cover over the insert, compressing it as needed until all corners of the insert are inside the cover.
4. Adjust the Insert: Gently unfold the pillow inside the cover & position it in all four corners.
5. Close the Cover: Slowly and carefully zip up the cover, making sure there are no fabric blocking the zipper.

This is intentional and here's why. Our throw pillows and pillow covers (except for outdoor and floor pillows) feature what are called 'concealed zippers.' These zippers are sewn in a way that hides the zipper track inside the bottom seam of the pillow cover. They are designed to start and stop about an inch from each corner. This design ensures a clean, aesthetically pleasing, seamless look and helps maintain the pillow's structure for enhanced stability.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your pillow covers, please follow these care instructions when cleaning:
• Remove the pillow insert before washing the cover. Pillow insert should be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth.
• Pre-treat any stains with a soft cloth dipped in liquid laundry soap diluted with warm water.
• Turn the cover inside out to protect the print.
• Hand Wash in cold or warm (max. 104 deg F) water with mild detergent such as tide or persil, or Machine Wash on gentle cycle.
• DO NOT use bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Tumble dry low or air dry.
• Iron on low if necessary.
• Do not dry clean.

All of our products are designed in Baltimore, Maryland by John McCullough, lifelong Maryland resident. Once ordered, our designs are sent to our U.S. production partners, where they are made-to-order by skilled artisans using globally sourced raw materials. For example our pillows and table runners are produced in Henderson, North Carolina by MWW, a third-generation family business.
For our printed fabric products, our designs are "printed' on fabric using a dye sublimation process for a durable, permanent print that doesn't peel or crack and resists fading. The printed fabric is then cut and sewn by hand.

As with over 98% of textile fabric sold in the U.S., our base fabric is imported due to the almost non-existence of textile mills in the U.S. All our products are designed in Baltimore, Maryland. And all are produced at our production partner's facilities here in the United States. For our printed fabric products, once ordered, our custom designs are printed on the fabric, which is then cut, hemmed, and sewn by hand by skilled artisans.
Your purchase supports a local designer and Etsy shop owner in the U.S. as well as the artisans who produce our products. So although the label reads "Fabric Made in China" or another country, the final product is proudly made in the U.S.A.

Unless noted otherwise, our products are made-to-order and typically enter production quickly. Most U.S. orders ship within the timeframe stated in each listing. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Once the tracking number is created, your package usually begins moving within a few hours—even if tracking updates don’t appear immediately. After the shipper (e.g., DHL) picks up your package and it leaves our production partner’s facility, it may take a few days for tracking updates to appear depending on when the package is scanned at the origin.
Except for unforeseen weather events such as floods or power outages, your package should arrive within the listed delivery window.

Empty removable cover: Remove the insert, lay the cover flat, and measure seam to seam using a ruler or measuring tape.

Sewn-closed woven or outdoor pillow: Use a flexible fabric measuring tape from seam to seam across the center, allowing the tape to follow the pillow’s curvature without compressing it. Keep the sewn seam closed.

Insert used to choose a cover: Follow the insert-measuring instructions above. Measure seam to seam over the center with a flexible fabric measuring tape following the curvature, without compressing the insert.
